Process notes:
I added ArtsyPaper5 as my background paper and placed a scripttease summer overlay on top of it and recolored it. I placed my photo, duplicated it and added a photoshop filter to the duplicate to give it a bit of a different look. I placed the frame on top of my photo and did hide parts of it by using a layer mask and a soft black brush.
I added a cool glow on top of my photo.
I made a cluster of elements and placed it on top of my frame and photo. Also added the cute little fishes from the SeaSprinklez No. 1 .
I added the wordart and recolored it, duplicated them several times and placed them all over my layout (all in soft blue colors).
I placed the wordart Make a splash for my title and put a sticker layer underneath it with a shadow. I wanted to add some kind of movement and found the perfect burst for it from the MM bursts no. 1.
