The Process
I selected a solid paper from AP He, layered several transfers on the page. The photo was clipped to a Tartan FotoBlendz 1 mask and layered over the transfer. A Light Leak (the hue/saturation adjustment was used on several of the glows) was layered over the portion of the photo that I wanted to highlight. A Bokeh 2 was layered over anotther part of the photo. An artstroke and paint splatter brush were added. Word art, a frame, multimedia stars, stitching and elements were added to complete the page.
