Scripttease:
Windswept Togwotee Pass offers a spectacular view of the Teton Range, which is dominated by two peaks: Grand Teton 13,770 feet and Mount Moran 12,600 feet. The pass marks the Continental Divide. It was claimed disputes in this important hunting range of two powerful Native American tribes, the Eastern Shoshone and the Mountain Crow. It is the land of bison, deer, elk, bear and moose. It is in the Wind River and Absaroka Mountains. Nearby are Fort Washakie, Dubois and the Popo Agie River.
Journaling:
As we got up to Togwotee Pass (to'ga-tee), there was more and more snow on the ground. Then just after the crest a view of the entire Teton Range spread out before us.
