Miss Peepers

She arrived one day, peeping into my front windows. I reluctantly let her stay on the front porch and she was pretty skiddish. Then , as she began to trust and become more comfortable,we began a friendship. She now is in house as much as outside, she places a dead field mouse or mole on the rug just outside the front door, several times a week and I dutifully prepare a burial. She has many favorite napping spots through-out the house, and utilizes them daily. She and I seem like good companions as we make our journey through life. She loves to stalk frogs at the pond and she seems content to be a " guard cat". One just never knows what lies ahead in life,do they?

I have the same problem that brings me to a nervous crisis. Most cats that I'm adopted stop hunting after they are learned to eat dry cat food. But this one is still hunter, I even tried with Cat collar bells and nail clippers, which I accept like cruelty, but price was birds life. But nothing helps. I still try to find decision for the injustices of nature.

Lovely layout! Like this photo effect.

What a gorgeous photo and treatment and whole page. What a story. I'm so not a cat person.

She is most certainly a special gift. I love how you understood each other from the very start. What a gorgeous page.

It's lovely to enjoy companionship along the journey...charming sketch and journaling!
