Two of my Dad's sisters when they were youngsters; loving the hats!

I started with the template but then ended up just using the paint to clip the photograph to! I used curves to give the photograph a bit of a boost then duplicated and changed the top layer to colour dodge 12%.
Behind the photograph is one of the artsy papers. I especially liked the tape so duplicated the paper, rotated and erased part so I ended up with only tape in the right hand corner, repeated again to achieve the extra tape in the middle of the page. Transfers were added underneath the photograph and the frame on colour burn mode. I lastly added stitches and clipped an artsy paper to the wordart for a bit of subtle colour.
