The Process
I selected a solid paper from AP Whimsy and rotated it so that the tape was on the right side of the page. I clipped my photo to a watercolor fotoblendz, duplicated the photo and changed the blending mode to hard light with a reduced opacity. I layered a frame under the photo, duplicated the frame and changed the blending mode to hard light.. I layered a transfer from AP Beautiful Day under the frame and layered some transfers, brushes and overlays from AP Whimsy around the frame. MultiMedia Hearts were layered above the frame along with word art. Stitchez, buttons, and a brush were added on the right side of the page. An overlay from SkinnyLined 1 was added with a layer mask. Using a brush I hid (erased some) of the lines over the tape. A Light Leak was clipped to the acrylic numbers.
