The Process
I selected a solid white paper from AP et Voila as the background. I extracted my two photos using the pen tool and created a sticker effect using Moniques tutorial http://annaaspnes.typepad.com/anna/2015/03/tutorial-extraction-and-blending.html and added a shadow. For the peace sign I use a stamp from SkribblePeace 1, then typed my three words on different layers. I rasterized (or simplified) the text. Using the warp tool I nudged and stretched the words to fit around the space of the peace sign, created the sticker effect and added a drop shadow. For the title I typed the words on two lines and used the create a warped text tool found on the menu bar, to give the words a wave effect. I then added a rainbow gradient and clipped it to the words. For the dotted background, I used the 12x12 polka dot overlay. I highlighted it (to get the dancing ants, command or control and click on the icon in the layers menu). Then I inverted the dancing ants by (shift + command (control) + I). Using a spray paint brush (reduced opacity) I painted in some of the background pink, leaving white dots. I created the flowers by using the tear drop icon from the custom shape tool bar (see tutorial on creating a circular image https://thecountryteacher.wordpress...tutorial-creating-a-repeating-circular-image/.)
