There is a memory of mine,that includes Texaco and clowns. A life-long friend of the family,named Gene,was the owner of a Texaco gas station that we went to get gas for our car when I was young. He was also a shriner,so he was a clown for all my children's birthday parties. He had many other hobbies but I am reminded of him because of Texaco signs and his contributions to charities .Sometimes connections are made and tell a wonderful story.I think Gene and his wife Alice would have liked knowing that they are remembered.
