The Process
I began with the photo by using the dry brush artistic filter, increased the saturation to allow the rust color to come more and then duplicated the photo and changed the blending mode to hard light, with a reduced opacity. I added an inverted layer mask (black) and began brushing in the truck with a textured brush. I added an artsy paint layer and clipped a transfer from AP Scientist to it. Another artsy paint layer was added to the left side of the truck, with the color filled in orange. Several taped textures were added to give more dimension. A frame from AP Tinge was layered over the truck and parts of the frame were hidden by using a layer mask and brushing them out. For the stamps I duplicated the truck and clipped it to a photo mask and then duplicated the stamp again. MultiMedia Arrows, splatters, artstrokes, brushes, word art and elements were added to complete the page.
