Journaling:
At Fruita, we visited the Dinosaur Museum and hiked the trail to the old quarry on Dinosaur Hill. The docent told us that all of the dinosaurs on display (and there were many) were found within 17 miles of the museum. They also had an earthquake simulator.
I agree, I love following your "footsteps" ... they lead in so many interesting directions - mostly off the beaten path - where we get to explore many places, I would never see. Thank you.
We took the kids to see Dinosaur National Monument back in the 80s. It was amazing. I used the photos that I took in teaching for years! Wonderful page!
