Same old process here, I must learn to do something different...Extracted part of the photograph, duplicated, sharpened and changed layers to hard light, soft light. I rotated an artsy paper and increased in size to create interest down the side, changed it to darken mode on top of a plain paper; on top is a modgrunge fotoblendz altered to white and various transfers in darken and colour mode. Lastly is the addition of stitches, wordart and tape.
Your process may be old but it works. You were cute! I am over here relating to the girl in the dress with the huge collar. I remember those! And I'm sure I had those same shoes. I'd glad you didn't crop those out.
