Journaling:
Schnebly Hill Road - Rating: Moderate. One of the interesting features of Schnebly Hill Road, aka Scenic Rim Tour, was manhole covers in the middle of the road every so often. They stuck up like big rocks and it was necessary to avoid them. The views were spectacular, and we looked down on Sedona and the Verde Valley.
Greasy Spoon - Rating: Moderate. Steep, rocky hills were not rated difficult for the Jeep, but they sure knocked us around as if they were. This road was not on our GPS and was tricky to find. It was wild and crazy but not at all scenic. Pink Jeep called it Diamondback Gulch.
Interesting tidbit about the man hole covers, guess they use them to keep everyone from speeding?? Love your photos, beautiful page!

You captured the view!! Beautiful photos and love the the manhole story! Hubby use to install manholes and and it's important to have them level with the road! A great page and adventure!

Your layouts are always so gorgeous. I know I have said this plenty of times before, but I adore your style. Just so one of a kind and totally beautiful!

love, love your travel description and your beautiful photos. fantastic choice of frames and urban stitches.

Enjoying your work so much--for my next travel album (Alaska), I'm seriously thinking of lifting your layout concept. Such a great way to showcase photos and impressions.

wonderful description of the road ratings and your experience. we once relied on gps whilst exploring part of Mexico. it was late and an unfamiliar spot ... we knew gps was wrong when we made a turn and below us were stairs. lesson learned. beautiful page.
