I started with a solid paper from ArtPlay Palette Spring Showers. I placed an overlay in the top of the page and recolored it. I added two transfers, one at the left side and the other on the right. I clipped ajdustment layers for Hue/Saturation to both. I placed my photo with the blend mode Darken. Two brushes from ArtPlay Palette Spring Showers were placed on the page. I then added the a Bokeh from Bokeh No 2. I finished the page with a wordart from Spring WordART No 3 and a wordstrip, set to blend mode Darken, from ArtPlay Palette Spring Showers.
