Process: I began with the photos, creating a sketch and extraction for three. Then I placed them on a blank canvas. I applied layer masks to each and brought back in the color with AnnaBlendz Artsy Brushes No. 3, brushes 3 and 7. I placed solid paper_5 and above I added paper_1 from AP Winter Sunise. To the white paper I applied a diagonal gradient. Next, I used another photo of my driveway to recreate the background from these photos. I applied a gradient to the driveway. Above the masked driveway photos, I placed art strokes 1 and 2. I then dragged over all the psd layers multimedia umbrella_1, turning off some layers and placing another photo of my granddaughter between the layers so that she looked like she was under the umbrella. I added the rain above as well as the cloud overlay. Below the multimedia umbrella layers, I placed a light leak on hard light at 20%. Then I worked on creating custom cast shadows for each extraction. There is a tutorial on Annas website [url=
http://annaaspnes.typepad.com/anna/2013/12/tutorial-creating-a-custom-shadow.html]here[/url]. From the artsy transfers, I used nine layers of AT_2 below five layers of AT_3. I recolored some layers, masked some and deleted others. To the photo in the background, I added layers from bokeh 2_1, recoloring and deleting the white layers. I added the title and gave it a small white stroke and drop shadow and finished my journaling.
