METHOD:
I used a couple of masks from Watercolour FotoBlendz no 6 for the photo (tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Pobb-CBxlA)
I deleted the mask around George's top and face.
I added grain effect to the photo and merged the photos and the masks.
I then added a plain mask of the photo by control+clicking on the little photo in the layers palette, which selects an area of the same shape.
I created a new layer under the photo still with the shape selected and with the paint bucket tool I reoloured this so I could put a multiply blending mode on.

I brought in some elements from the APP Breakaway, pushing most to the top and sides.
Imported the gorgeous Light Leaks No 1 and changed blending modes.
