Back in 1982 our dog Xandra had 5 little puppies. It was so fun to see them grow, when they were sold we all felt sad. We went to visit them all. One little puppy was bought by our aunt, so we knew her her whole life. That puppy, our little Grace, is the one on the left of the photo.

Font "Puppy love": Frontage

Process notes:
I used the solid paper no. 4 as my background paper. I extracted the photo of the puppy's and duplicated it once. On the duplicate I applied a filter and blending mode darken (43%). The original one was blended on vivid light.

I added the frame and a layer mask on which I erased parts of the frame I didn't want to show.

I placed the Spring Wordart no. 3 and added lots of the bokeh glows underneath the photo of the puppies as well as two light leaks. Then I placed some wordarts from the Roots Sampler.

I merged all the layers together on top of my layout with CTRL-ALT-SHIFT-E.

I opened a new document at 12 x 12 inch at 300 dpi. I added Artsy Paper no. 1 as my background paper, placed a 12 x 12 fotoblendz and clipped the merged page to it.

I added some transfers and typed my title with the font Frontage.
