Process: I actually began with the right side but wanted to include a few additional photos to create a two page spread for my book. I opened a new blank document and then dragged over solid paper_3 from AP Break Away. Next I dragged all the layers for ALT 187 above the paper. I turned off all but the photo masks and attached my photos, making an adjustments to each photo with a curves adjustment layer. I then positioned mask_1 from the WaterColor FotoBlendz No. 6 and clipped my photo to it, placing it so that I could use just a portion on the right side in order to tie the two pages together. I also used a curves adjustment layer on this photo. Then I began playing with the template layers. I turned off a few, adjusted positions, reduced the opacity of a couple. One texture layer and mask, I duplicated, flipped it vertically and moved it to the top right of the page. I clipped a photo copy to two layers. I added Artsy Transfer_2, using all but one layer and adjusted the position of the layers on the right below my title. I used journaling that I had recorded in Lightroom the day I shot these photos for the text box on this page. Finally I added a title, a button, thread and word label. I filled the word label with white and typed in words to fit my journaling.
