In this case all the effect is created by the wonderful new type of element Light Leak from Anna.
The light leak ( red and blue in this case) is a wonderful extensive colorful glow effect that can be used to create shadows and impact in any colorful composition.
It is already one of my favorites elements from Anna that will bring our art to another level as it is opening coloring with these elements.
I used a focal image that I treated with filter cutout effect (very light though) and blending mode color dodge.
I added also a frame that was re - colored and I erased some areas of the frame to let the photo have a spill out 3D effect.
I treated the word art with style to complete the composition.
