The Process
I used AP Break Away artsy p4 for the background on a 12x12 white canvass. After making several adjustments to the photo (levels, curves, duplicated with blending mode to screen) I imported it to the page and added an inverted layer mask (black). See Anna Blendz No 4 Inverted Masking Blendz No 4 Inverted Masking for directions, and began brushing back portions of the page using a soft brush. I layered a frame from the new kit over the photo and changed the blending mode to darken. A layer mask was added and I brushed out (hid) portions of the frame that fell over the skin areas. A lace transfer from AP Break Away was layered next to the darken frame. I layered several of the new and awesome Light Leaks below the photo and changed the blending mode to color. I selected two words from the new WoodWords 1, resized one word and duplicated them both with the blending mode changed to multiply to give a darker appearance. Buttons, flowers (the blue flower has a custom made shadow), charm, bow, threaded bead and label word were added to complete the page.
