the great light around the lemons is straight out of the camera. a nice surprise! i saw what was happening when i was taking the photos but didn't think it would work because i had no idea how to adjust my setting ... i shoot on auto. i masked the photo so the top did not have a hard edge. i added the overlay and the text and then added an artsy paper from app daffodil. the paper is set to color burn and added a little more depth to the wood slats behind the lemons. put on a title and it was done.

... and the lemonade was very good ;-)

Those stripes--I guess an overlay?--do something important. Can't describe it, but love the effect. Very cool composition.

love your direction... so bright and inviting... my first thought when I saw your page was lemonade... and then I read further... yum... for the page and the beverage...

I like that you have accomplished so much with lemons... the linear slats,look like old house siding to me.. creating a nice depth,then the light from the lemons adds like a sunshine...even on auto,lol!!I like the blending at the top of the lemons and then the skins add some texture,too.I only wish photos came with scent also!! Lovely indeed..

Such a cool series! Wonderful light on the photo. I need to make lemon juice I may try this, but my homegrown lemons are very funky :-)
