The Process
I selected solid paper 1 from the new Artplay Palette Party for the background. Next I began working with the photo. There was a dark background which dominated the photo so I extracted the image, duplicated it and set the blending mode to hard light with a reduced opacity. I then created a custom shadow behind the images. I added frame 1 from the kit and changed the blending mode to color burn. I merged the layers together and clipped it to transfer 6 from AP Party. Then I layered transfer 2 under the layers. Next I placed a frame from AP Christmas Nostalgia behind the transfer and changed the blending mode to multiply. I imported the new JazzedUp LoopDaLoop 5_5, turned off the foto glows, moved one of the balloons a bit and recolored the stain. I also added the star another loop in the kit. Faded Words Celebrate were added along with elements from AP Party and a polka dot edge overlay.
