this one was easier because i was working with circles. i created a template for the circles using four layers. each circle was done with the custom shape tool (hold down the SHIFT key on a pc to get a circle as opposed to an ellipse). i stacked the layers and colored them, then merged the four layers. note: before you can color a custom shape you will have to rasterize the layer. once i had the template i created the pattern by rotating the circles. the image was extracted and turned into a sticker using Monique's super tutorial found here http://annaaspnes.typepad.com/anna/2015/03/tutorial-extraction-and-blending.html i added the splatters and artstorke, a title, and it was done.
