Love this photo and love this quote..always makes me happy when they come together on an ART page. Sometimes we plan and schedule so much in life because we have to, but truly it is the unexpected little things that often surprise us the most with how much pleasure they bring to us.we have to be open to saying yes and stepping outside our schedules and To Do lists to experience these little joys..do it!..............do it for YOU!

Page Process-
Photo was clipped to a transfer from AP Daffodil and another transfer was clipped over the photo and the opacity was tweaked
Two Retro Glows were next added to the photo and the soft light and saturated blending modes were applied
Brushes and transfers and WordART were added to create the design, along with Urban Threadz Frame
The joy of living label is from AP Play Out and the label was resized and the linear light blending mode was applied to blend it into the design
Multiple edges were added using Artist Edge overlays and brushes from the AP Play Out Since the photo is filled with bright colors I left the rest of the page very soft and neutral using the soft sage color from the ribbon
The edges mimic the lines in the photo and when I was looking at the page it made me think that the lines represent the more rigid part of our day.the schedules and the to do list. The ball in motion and all the vibrant colors along with the messy pieces of the design remind me of spontaneous fun and unexpected joy
