Process : I photographed the little bouquet of daffodils in front of a window to get the light coming in behind them which makes the petals appear translucent as opposed to the photographs on the oposing page. I created a sketch from which I generated a sketch composite with the keys command+option+shift+E. Both the sketch layer and photo layer are on multiply blend mode. Then I used layers from Artsy Transfers Daffodil_1, 2 and 4, both above and below my two photo layers. I then added solid paper_1 from AP Winter Sunrise, an urban thread, a couple of brushes and the acrylic word spring. I applied a stroke to the title and reduced the fill opacity so it matches the gray stains. Then I added a layer mask to give it a distressed look.
Thanks for looking:)
