The Process: I began with an Artsy Paper from AP Daffodil. I placed the photo, and used the inverse masking technique to blend it unto the page. I placed the photo on blend mode Hard Light. I duplicated the photo again, and placed the top photo on blend mode Multiply, and then duplicated it once more, placing it on blend mode Overlay. I then played around with the masking of each layer to best emphasize the different areas of the photo. I then brought in one of the new ArtsyTranfers from Daffodil, and began playing around with the placement of some of the layers. I allowed me to add some great texture around the photo edges. I added a fotoblendz and placed it on blend mode overlay. This allowed the area under the fotoblendz to darken just a bit, adding a bit of depth. I added a RetroGlow around the water area, just to give the area outside the photo a bit of a watery glow. I added the title, and added a few splatters from various kits, and finished up by adding the Polka Dot Edge Overlay, changing its color to a pale aqua.
