I finally did it, a page in less than 1 hour! I just plopped the background from this page https://ozone.oscraps.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=327070&title=annalift-3-7-week-9-9-crow-pose-in-waikiki&cat=all, added photos to the frames, a couple of little embellishments and a few little stories.
So I guess a ready-made background is a key.
