Process:
Opened the ArtPlay Palette Joyful and selected a paper and a splatter. Opened a new document and dragged the paper and the splatter onto it. Added a mask to the photo. Used the brush to blend the photo. Selected the splatter and scrolled through the blending modes and chose darker color mode. I
added the text at the bottom of the page.

This was the third version that I did. Tried a frame over the photo and various borders and different papers, but didn't work with the photo.

Decided to Keep it Simple, which was hard for me. Still think it needs something, but haven't thought of the perfect embellishment yet.
