I started with a plain background - the photo was duplicated several times and several filters were used- poster edges- smudge stick and the blended with overlay at 71 %. They were clipped together and the background was erased using a layer mask . I then got carried away making a background and putting some texture in with the brushes . A few urban stitchez were added and a title.
