Journaling:
We were the only ones staying in the entire Steamboat Lake State Park. In August the area had been teeming with activity. It was much more beautiful in winter, covered in four feet of snow. It was so quiet and peaceful and scenic.
Process:
Imported photo and frame. Placed stitches on left edge. Imported paper. Blended snow in photo with paper texture. Imported transfer on right, and placed under the photo. Duplicated and placed copy over photo set to Hard Light, masked to only affect snow areas in photo.
Added word transfer. Dragged all layers from PSD file for transfer on left, turning off the camera layer and one of the paint layers. Added Postage Edge Overlay and Taped Textures. Added beaded threadz, label, staples and title and it was done.
