I took this photo in my town with my iPhone, through a chain link fence! I did some aging of these newish homes using apps on my phone (specifically, Distressed FX and Leonardo), then moved them to Photoshop. The town homes reminded me of the Painted Ladies of San Francisco. A photo I took of them is faded into the background, which I hope you will be able to see. I was reminded of the way Eszter used type in her layout that I so admired, so I used the lyrics of the song, "I Left My Heart in San Francisco" to mimic that look.
