This is already a painting image from a place we visited with my DD in Prague.
The image was treated with watercolor techniques and brush work over the painting effect and I added glows in the illuminated areas,
in this case the most interesting aspect of the photo was to see the wonderful details of the street going down,
those details were lost through the watercolor technique that was basically creating the opposite effect of soft blended details,
to bring back the details I treated the top layer of the focal image with a heavy filter in poster edge effect.
I also added the overlay paint #3 from the Anna Aspnes Sampler # 4 (yellow tone) with a blending mode "color burn" with a lower transparency of 65%.
The roof and street details were extended with a clone tool technique.

I used to complete the LO with a word art "Zoom IN" that was treated with a drop shadow effect using a style.
