I started with a paper from Sampler No. 4 and used a Photoblendz from there for my main photo. An Artsy transfer was put behind it at opacity 65% , a brush from Sampler 5 went over the bottom half of the photo blended with multiply and then duplicated and. The same brush was duplicated again and used in the right hand top corner blended mode pin light.
The frame , made narrower and partly erased , was put over the photo to get an OOB effect.
I recoloured a Stroke with a colour from the transfer and overlaid another one with a transfer.
A brush from APP Capture was used as a mask for the 2nd photo and set at multiply 91%.
Finally I added some wordart and words
