I started with a plain background paper from APP Behold and added several Artsy Transfers (or parts of them ) to make the background
The photo was masked with a melange photoblendz which I elongated a bit to suit the photo. Then copied it twice and put the top layer on linear light 48%
I combined the siblings word brush with a faded words travel brush and finally finished by adding several elements.
