Process: I started with the background and used an adjustmentlayer for Levels to light it up and another one for Hue/Saturation to change the color. I placed an ArtsyTransfer and clipped my photo to each of the paintlayers. I added some of AnnaBlendz Artsy No 4 set to adjustmentlayer Divide to lighten up areas around the photo and a transfer from APP Home on the left side, set to Darker Color and with 75% opacity. I placed these under the first transfer. I also placed one AnnaBlendz Artsy No 4 over the photo. I decreased the opacity for the artstrokes, added the wordart and a couple of brushes, embellishments and finished the page with the title.
