The Process
I began with a 12x12 blank page and the photo. I clipped an inverted mask to the photo (mask is black) and using a grungy brush with some texture I began painting back the image. I duplicated the image and changed the blending mode to hard light with a reduced opacity. I added transfer 3 and overlay 2 from AP Remarkable at the horizon of the photo, duplicated both and filled them with a blue and then changed the blending mode to hard light to allow some of the texture from the under layer to show through. Then I selected a solid paper from AP Remarkable as the background. Arrows, tape, button, stitches and word art were added to complete the page.
