I caught a picture of this lovely hummingbird among the lavender at our local garden center.

The 'scatter' was created using Bonus Composite 2 Brush Set. This brush set was also used to create the butterflies using the clone stamp tool.
The photo treatment includes the 'find edges' filter and multiple copies of the photo in different blending modes to achieve the overall effect.
