I have had this beautiful picture in my files for years and finally found a use for it. I used a watercolor effect from Ann06's tutorial http://annaaspnes.typepad.com/anna/2014/02/composite-techniques-part-1-of-6.html and used Paint Daub filter to finish. I used the Dodge tool to highlight the feathers and other areas.
