Sara from December 2009

I duplicated the photograph of the snowy park about 5 times and clipped to the photo masks in the template so it looks like the tree is spilling out the frames. The background below the photo masks I covered with an artsy paper from AP Chills on Colour mode. I then layered various transfers and brushes on top to create the blue tones and create some snow with paint splatters. The photograph of Sara is extracted from another photograph taken on the day. I use the pen tool to extract figures, duplicate and usually have the top layer hard light, then adjust the opacity to suit. The paint swatch is from the forum post and I've used it as a tag, the jewel has been replaced with a blue button.
