I clipped the painting of the cat to the Melange FotoBlendz mask, then behind the cat, I cropped and added different brushes from classico and from A New, and kept layering them several times til I go the affect varying the opacity levels of each layer - The picture was actually a painting, so fit perfectly with the technique I used here.
