Hats and beautiful faces are a wonderful subject for Digital Scrapbooking, thank you Ann06 for inspiration.
After applying Ann06's watercolor effect, I used the background as an overlay with "Darkened" blend mode allowed the underlying image to be seen through. The frames have been coloured to match the overall color scheme. The feather is from the internet images and colored also.
