process | I placed an artsy background paper, then a Snowy FotoBlendz Clipping Mask. I clipped my photo to the mask, duplicated it changing the blending mode of the first one to hard light and leaving the second one on normal but slightly reducing the opacity. I added the word art and my journaling and a few embellishments. I placed a few sparkle textures to the background paper and also a fotoglow with a blending mode of screen.
