Watercolor technique was used here in the image.
I started by applying a stylize find edges effect to the image,
I found that in this case it has created a really dark conversion that made the pencil transformation unusable,
this was due to the wonderful present textures in the hat, and dress but they were too dark unfortunately.
The heavy lace textures were converted to a very dark pencil effect.
I was able to resolve the extra dark effect,
by adding a pink light and soft light layer above the sketch layer.
Anna background paper & brushes were used to create interest in the background.
The paper was treated with a color layer blend.
The transfers were adjusted in color to better suit the color schema to a burgundy color.
the brushes were added in opposite corners.
Both paper and brushes were inserted among the various watercolor layers.
