I used Anna Aspnes' Holiday Template Series #4 for this layout. I also used elements from her This is Life, Radiant, Hope and Embrace Me sets.

Our holiday festivities turned tragic when we found out that one of my son's best friends committed suicide on Christmas night. We spent the day after Christmas in complete shock & sadness. Thank goodness for alcohol. My "of age" kids & their friends tried to play some games to try to forget what happened.
