The Process
I began by making the tree, typing different christmas greeting phrases. I resized to form a tree and also used the type warp tool to add curves to the words and made some words using the glitter alpha number sets. I added a stroke of gold paint (rotated) and a magic sparklez. Next I layered in the gold buttons and the present charm. I placed all of the above in a folder and transferred it to a 12x12 page. I clipped a neutral background paper from AP Sparkle to a framed fotoblendz mask and layered it under the tree. I added an artsy kardz from ArtsyKardz 6x6 Christmas Magic below the fotoblendz layer and added a shadow. I then added a 12x12 neutral background paper from AP Anew. I created another layer with a layer mask slightly smaller (11.75x11.75), clipped a neutral paper from AP Sparkle, duplicated it with the blending mode changed to pin light to whiten up the paper a bit. Elements, loops, magic sparklez, transfer from AP Christmas Magic, and word art were added to complete the page.
