My journaling: Tired

Every first night before i got the morningshift
is a disaster to get to sleep.
Not only i but almost every colleague suffers with this.
Today i came home, i checked my emails and
then i fell asleep on the couch.
Fortunately my hubby made some dinner.
But every 1st day with the morning is a disaster for me.
