Process notes:
I placed the PatternPaper2 as my background paper (loves those big dots!) and the PatternPaper1 as a frame to the background paper.

I added some transfers and put my photo over them. I did duplicate my photo twice and added some filters to it (torn edges [darken] - charcoal [Pin light]) and added layer masks to conceal the parts of the photos I didn't want to show.
I added the wordarts, a big R (for Robin) and a watercolor star (partly behind the photo).
On the wordart Love Santa, I erased the word Santa. Then I CTRL/COMMAND clicked on the thumbnail to select the wordart. Select > edit > expand. I think I used 10. Then I added a new layer underneath the wordart and filled it with white and added a shadow. I love the sticker look!

I placed the stained edge overlay on my layout and shrinked it. Then I turned it 45 degrees. I also copied them a few times and put them all in a different directions/degrees, to make it form a bit of a star and put the opacity to 30%.

I added a red stroke to finish of my page.
