The Process
I selected a neutral background paper from AP Star. The sky in the photo was very blue and dominated the view so I duplicated the photo, converted the photo to black and white, duplicated the layer, changed the blending mode to hard light, added a layer mask to the top layer and painted back some color. I clipped transfers from AP Scientist and AP Storm between the layers and changed the blending mode to hard light and reduced the opacity. I exchanged out some letter beads from Beaded Threadz to make the word "fly." Star brushes, watercolor stars, sprinklez, fotoglows, artstrokes, elements, word art were added to complete the page.
