The focal image was treated with watercolor techniques, I also duplicated the top later of the image to give further intensity.
The image was treated with a cutout filter first and after with a filter poster edge as well.
I have used here on of my favorites sets of papers from Anna called Snow.
Used as well the new beautiful set of urban threadz #7_5 and #7_9 to provide a frame context to the focal image.
I treated them with a blue style that was applied individually to each one.
I also have used a glow that was placed between the layers of the focal watercolor treated image.
I have used the amazing Anna's book textures 1_1 and 1_9 to give the feeling of book format borders.
