Omg. I can't believe I actually created a challenge. I'm always so hung up on Project Life, that I don't do the color challenges. Plus everyone is so talented, I always feel lame. But today I did it because I had the perfect color. I also paint, and my paintings typically have clocks, locks and/or key charms/images in them. Hence the reason I have my trademark symbols in this artwork.
My little granddaughter is growing up so quickly, and some of my favorite photography are the ones of the kids walking away from behind. I didn't actually shoot this image, my daughter did with her iPhone. I was shooting family photos and save the date photos for my daughter & her boyfriend (they're getting married in March). I'll do another layout of their save the date once she mails them out.
I used Anna Aspnes' Frozen ArtPlay Palette for thepaper, and magic star sprinkles. One of her Artsy Templates (sorry, I lost track of which one); the clock from the Tinge ArtPlay Palette (and I recolored the ribbon more to match this week's colors), and the butterflies are from the Infatuated ArtPlay Palette. The word strips are from various templates as the heart and key from another kit (sorry, I lost track of that one too).
