Process: I started with a textural paper (AP MiniPalette Cherish_Solid Paper4) and then placed a mask (AP Frozen_Tsf 3).
Clipped the photo to mask; set one layer to Color Burn and the other to Overlay mode.
I carefully erased parts of the Overlay mode to reveal portions of the layer below.
Add Transfers, ArtStrokes, Brushes, Threadz. Adjust blending modes of transfers to enhance color where desired.
